IMG_2125There’s a group of friendly and familiar faces that without fail are always their bright and breezy and ready IMG_3170to go every Calypso Cricket morning. They come laden with smiles and friendly cheer and they give of their time to assist us with handing out shirts, packing goodie bags and making hundreds of hotdogs. They tease each other, become expert tomato sauce ‘squirters’ and share laughter and stories of the past year as they morph into ‘little worker bees’ in the lifesaving clubhouse.

IMG_2122We are incredibly grateful to this group and maintain wholeheartedly that Calypso Cricket would not be the same without them… To the team from the Rotary Club of Signal Hill all we can say is THANK YOU. Thank you for the funds that you work soIMG_2123 hard to raise to support our programme, Thank You for your warm hugs that great us amongst our event chaos, Thank You your endless energy and enthusiasm with the mundane ‘behind the scenes’ tasks and Thank You for being an essential ‘Cog of Calypso’!
